We are the majority shareholder of Beka Finance, an independent investment bank that has grown to approximately €20 billion AUM since we acquired it in 2020, becoming Spain’s leader in mid-market financing and securitization.
High Tech Investments
Through Gala Orion High Tech, a multimillion-euro vehicle dedicated to advanced B2B technologies, we invest in companies across artificial intelligence, digital assets (including stable coins), and cybersecurity. Our thesis focuses on the global shift driven by generative AI and asset tokenization, reinforced by regulatory frameworks such as MiCA in Europe.
Our portfolio includes UltrAI (AI for financial analytics), Nutrader (B2B retail platforms), Stablxx (stable coin infrastructure), HeyTrade (digital brokerage), and Rebellion (fintech). In 2022, our equity swap with Papara created a unicorn.
