Elena de Benavides, Investment Director at Gala Ventures, and Rodrigo Aguirre de Cárcer, Social Impact Director at Gala Capital, have received great recognition by being included in the CHOISEUL 100 Spain 2017 ranking, “The Economic Leaders of Tomorrow,” which highlights the 100 young Spanish professionals, aged between 30 and 42, with proven talent and professional experience demonstrated through years of work and successful achievements.
This is the second year that the Choiseul Institute Spain has published the ranking in our country, following its long-standing experience in France. It is an objective analysis that considers various aspects of a selection of professionals, and after evaluating each one based on their accomplishments and the potential of the human capital they develop, the list of the top 100 is published.
The professionals featured in CHOISEUL 100, Economic Leaders for Tomorrow, are all of the highest caliber, with a professional and life curriculum that perfectly showcases the great capacity of young professionals in our country. Being on the CHOISEUL 100 list is a guarantee of undeniable talent and proven executive ability, each in their field of expertise.
For the study, 400 candidates were selected, with information gathered from open sources, followed by a thorough analysis based on their skills and career trajectory, power and role, influence and relationships, image and reputation, potential, and leadership. The evaluation team does not know the candidates in order to ensure the objectivity of the analysis. The total scores obtained in the different categories and criteria determine each candidate’s final position in the ranking.
The CHOISEUL 100 report is an initiative to identify and recognize the young individuals who are doing extraordinary things in our country.
